i had a wonderful stay during my recent trip to alajuela. the staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast far exceeded my expectations. the shuttle service was prompt, making everything so easy.

the a/c in the room was weak.

My stay was quite enjoyable. The staff made check-in easy and offered great local dining suggestions. I loved how close everything was, especially a Walmart for any last-minute needs. The breakfast had a nice variety, and the coffee was exceptional. There was a bit of noise from outside, but the thick windows helped block most of it out.

Modern hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, with a delicious variety of foods at the breakfast buffet and an efficient airport shuttle that runs twice hourly to make your travel convenient.

The loud music downstairs made it hard to concentrate, particularly if you're hoping for a quiet work environment!!! Also, the communication before my stay could use some improvement. I never received a response to my query!!!

I had a fantastic stay, as the hotel was super close to Juan Santamaria Park and Alajuela Central Park, which made my city strolls even more enjoyable, and the staff was really friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

Family friendly comfort

We stayed here and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They even arranged a mini fridge for our baby’s milk altogether, just made the stay so much smoother.

It was a bit on the expensive side but worth it still.

It was just a good pick for a weekend trip in Alajuela with good value for cost. The coffee in the room was not great, but I appreciated having my own supply to stay refreshed. Make sure to plan your meals ahead as there aren’t many nearby food options.

Nice queen bed and convenient airport location, but rooms are small.
